So I'm totally excited I get my new Daniel Boone GMG tomorrow. Could really use some good recipes to start with. Rubs, sauces, temps, times etc. Homemade though is the way I like to roll. Any advice is appreciated.
you will love pellet cooking. everything you will need can be found in BPS store. go up above this and click on the "shop" button. i love LL w/P, desert gold, DDSR, SOW (chicken one is my fav), yardbird, hasty bake (both of them), BBG habenero sauce and the red one. hope that helps. you could always call jessie too. she knows more that most of us.
