Greetings fellow pellet smokers. Now that I have retired and have less free time ,I thought that I would buy a pellet grill. The grill that I purchased was a Memphis Pro. I am waiting on the Maverick 732 to arrive( I was able to find one in stock), since my first foray into the smoking world took a little longer than anticipated. I kept opening the smoker to check the internal temp. I look forward to learning from this group of fellow enthusiast . EM
