New to Pellet Grilling

Hello All,

I am a newcomer to pellet grilling. I have been grilling on a Weber Genesis for years, but a buddy of mine has recently turned me on to pellet grilling. I picked up a GMG a couple of weeks ago, and I already love it. I have smoked some jerky, grilled a whole venison tenderloin, and this afternoon I will be grilling some wild rice stuffed cornish game hens. I am an avid sportsman and will enjoy grilling wild game and also smoking various fish. I can't wait to smoke my first channel catfish of the year! I have attached a picture of my smoked jerky which was the first thing I have grilled on my new toy!
