New to pellet smoking mak 1 #160

Been looking for a while tying to determine what was the grill for me. Finally decided on the mak 1! And the wife picked it up for the other day without me knowing! Never smoked anything but love good smoked bbq. Going through the burn in right now and can't wait for dinner. Still trying to decide what to make... Exited! Looking forward to learning this new skill.
