Good evening all. Brand new to the forum. Have been doing some smoking for a couple years in a vertical smoker but got really frustrated w/it, got rid of it and went upscale w/a MAK 1 Star General and love it to death. I've got one large chicken and some St. Louis style Ribs under my belt and couldn't be happier. So easy to use and so versatile.
Have been doing lots of reading on the tips and tricks so far that I've been seeing and can't wait to get into more of the various meats to cook.
This sight came very highly recommended so here I am.
