Howdy! I wandered over here to check out the forum from the sister forum drumsmoking.com! I'm not a pellet head, but can always use more tips and ideas for cooking.

I live up in Winnipeg where it's stupid cold 5 months of the year, but that doesn't stop me from cooking!

It's not out of the question. I've been drooling over the Mak 2 star for quite a while now, but I'm going to have to stick with my drum smoker for now. I love it so much I might build at least two more before I buy a Mak.

I know I can get cheap pellet grills, but I try to buy quality if I can afford to.

I'm totally in love with my Big Poppa drum smoker kit right now. I cook absolutely everything on it, from chicken to ribs to roasts to steak to fish.
