I started off grilling then went to stick burners, then to a XL BGE, and now to a Traeger Texas pellet grill. I'm the first of my group of friends to get a pellet grill smoker. I had no idea about pellet burners so on a whim I bought one, of coarse, after long discussions with a friend at work. I have to say I love it, I am so impressed. It so far does everything so easy with great results. So far ribs, hotdogs ( some were bacon wrapped ), pizza, and last night steaks, awesome. I'm kicking myself for freezing the pork we bought for pulled pork last week so as it thaws I'm wishing the grill was going now. Looking forward the this phase in my cooking life and want to thank ya'll for future help and ideas.
