Newbie in the PacNW

Hi All...my name is Rick and I'm a pellet smoker. I've had this addiction for 7 years and it recently became worse since I added a digital thermostat to my Traeger. I have one of the original "Made in the US" Lil' Tex smokers and LOVE it!
