Hello my name is Hap and I am a pellet smoker. Space is a premium in our Patio home so I recently purchased a Traeger Junior and I'm loving it. I don't have any pictures because we've eaten everything I've smoked so far but I'll be sharing some soon. I'm originally from Hawaii so you'll probably see some Asian Fusion influence to what I'll be smokin. My wife and I are retired and we live in the Denver area. Take care all.
