Thanks for the warm welcomes. So far I have I have done pork ribs and a sirloin tip roast with pretty good success ( not perfect ) but still learning. Got some St Louis ribs on now but had to play with the settings to stabilize the temp for about 20 mins. Yeah its a little on the Cool side here in Manitoba lol

It's a little cool here in NE Ohio the past couple of days too. Fall is definitely just around the corner!
