Got home today to find my grease jar on the patio and made a big mess. Since we had no wind or rain a critter was the culpret. I hope the little bastard gets sick. Note to self. Put lid on grease jar. Duhhh

I used to (emphasis on "used to") have raccoons going through my backyard and using my pool as a big wash basin but they never messed with my grease bucket.

I always place a jar inside drip bucket. I have 2 dogs so it gets to be a race to see who gets it after a cook. Once in a while ill forget to bring the jar inside after a cook as i've found them all over my yard the next day. The life span of my jars are very short if you get my drift.
