well, if you ya'll don't know. i have a bit of a sweet tooth. so, time for some sweet butt.

some JH hawaiian rub and one of my favorite glues. pomegranate glaze (this stuff is so good).

onto #63 @ ?. oh, i smoked for 2 hours then 240° for the ride.

wrapped at 170° or so.

didn't have apple juice. so, i improvised. sweet heat and some pomegranate glaze.

BPS store. its is very very good. if you like sweet. i do. i like all the glazes and the chili oil. i put something on everything i cook now. added flavor profile. see BP, i'm learning.

Sparky, you like the pom glaze better than the cherry glaze for ribs?

ya, i believe i do. alot of rubs are salt based (i like the ones sugar based) so the sweetness from the pom glaze works better for me. i love the cherry glaze too but he cherry glaze w/ turn the rib very dark. i like the color of ribs better w/ out the tan from the cherry. i like the cherry for butts, chops and fish.

Looking good Spark, your Butt technique is catching up to your ribs (there is no way to make that sound right but you know what i mean), nice job!
