NY Strips on a traeger

I have some NY Strips that I want to cook on my Traeger. Any good ideas on cooking time and temps?

Smoke for an hour or so and then pull them off - fire it up to 500 and then give them a sear on both sides - just a couple of mins to get a nice med rare!!

Reverse sear method works perfect every time!!

Most Treagers have never seen 500 unless heavily modified. I do the reverse sear on a gasser.
