i know alot of ppl use different flavored pellets for different foods. switching from flavor to flavor depending on what food i am cooking is not something i want to do. i mix 2 or 3 different flavors and use that mix for everything. right now oak / cherry / apple. it works. going to order some pellets from BPS (going to try BBq delights pellets). been thinking about maple or pecan mixed w/ cherry. only 2 kinds mixed together to cook everything (pork, beef, fish, chicken & vege's) so, what do ya'll use?
