Outstanding customer support from MAK

I just wanted to say again how impressed I am with MAK. I had an issue with a part I ordered that was never delivered and really had my back to the wall with getting a resolution with the other company. I emailed MAK and explained what was going on hoping that they could put pressure to have the other company to force them to make good on the rest of my order. Instead MAK sent me the missing sear grill from my order eliminating the stress from me involved in fighting with the other company. I continue to be amazed at how this company sticks to their high standards and exceeds my expectations. They truly are an exception in the consumer marketplace!

Thanks again and I would tell anyone to buy from MAK!

I had a temp probe go bad on my second cook, and MAK sent me a replacement with no problems. Good customer service.

And, by the way, I love my MAK.
