Most places take a day to process your order then two to three days shipping. Not at Big Poppas thats not how they roll. I place an order yesterday with Kristen help at 1:00 and it was at my house when i got home today. Are you kidding me 24 hours and here. All i have to say that is some outstanding service that you guys provide and i will be back for more. Great job BP and Team you have sold me.

By the way i ordered some secret steak rub had to pour some in my hand to give it a taste. I cannot wait to put this on some beef the flavors were all there.

After 3 orders or so now I am totally impressed with the packing of what they are shipping. I'm sure it has happened, but how well they pack I can not see receiving a damaged item; the staff at BPS deserve a huge recognition for how they care about the service they provide us costumers, top notch employee's!

what marty said above. my hasty bake was damaged when it was delivered. one phone to BP and Kristen. bingo. got a new one coming next week. it doesn't get any better than that.

BP and his crew take this serious, one happy customer tells a few, an unhappy one tells everyone. In Big Poppas Smokers case everyone is happy and singing their praises, what a wonderful world. So will I, my stuff came fast and packed like it was gold. Kristen is the goto girl (she may very well be the brains behind the whole thing).

You know it is sort of simple...you have to pretend that you are the customer and treat people how you would love to be treated. Service was a concept in out other businesses that my father drilled into me.

I ordered 480lbs of BBQD pellets at 1:30pm and UPS had them in my garage at 3:00pm the next afternoon and no charge for shipping. WOW
