Hey folks!
I hope I am asking this question in the correct place. I have recently acquired a used Louisiana Grills Whole Hog Smoker. One side of it works great. The other side has a problem. The paddle wheel keeps getting jammed. If I put more than a handful of pellets in there, the pellets get jammed between the wheel and the hopper. I have to go in with a screwdriver and loosen up the pellets so it will continue cooking.
Is this some thing I am doing wrong, something that can be adjusted or something that has to be replaced?
