Pan Seared Mahi Mahi

Still on the fish kick at the Carter house, last night decided to try some mahi mahi on the MAK griddle-

Started with a couple filets

Hit them with garlic olive oil and Plowboys Fin & Feather

Needed some veggies so I sliced up some zucchini and yellow squash and hit them with the garlic olive oil and Desert gold

Put a little butter on the griddle and then on went the fish, veggies onto the sear grate on the right. Love the full size flame zone for cooks like this

Flip the fish after about 4 minutes

fish looks outstanding. love the veges too. ok, now you and your wife at that great meal. what did the kids eat? lol

That looks awesome Carter! Pretty nice to have a full flame zone for a cook like that.

That fish is perty, that plated picture could only look better if it was on the table in front of me!
