Was cleaning the Mak 1 Star after my last cook. Probably had 20+ hours of ash build. The upper right corner was from previous cooks. Was going to clean it but got lazy and just move the ash around. The dusting everywhere else is from my 12-13 hour shoulder and spare rib cook.
Used Bear MT as it was local. I will be trying some from BP soon.
