Pellet storage

I'm looking for ideas for pellet storage. They will be kept outside, on a covered patio, but snow and rain definitely comes under the roof. I would prefer something stackable, but it's not necessary. I've looked at some that look like file cabinets, but I'm sure they will let moisture in. 5 Gal buckets would work, but I'm not too sure how many lbs of pellets will fit. Shoot me some ideas.

Thanks

My new way is storing them at Big Poppas Smokers and ordering as I need them. I do use the MAK pellet caddies for the few I keep around.

I use the square 40lb tubs like cat litter or kibble would come in. Lids come pre-divided to make pouring pellets easy, and I can pre-mix my blends. they are stackable - and I am sure if person looked hard enough you could find them new, unused in lots of coordinating colors. I believe US Plastics sells them as the "smart hinge" bucket and the vittles vault. But been a while since I did a lot of searching. Hosing out a sam's club Tidy cat bucket works great. :)

I just bought a bunch of the large Kingsford Kaddys - they hold 40lbs and seems like the lid fits nice and tight. They stack 2 high really nice. And they are much easier to pour right into your hopper more so than a 5 gallon bucket.

I just keep them inside the house. Moisture permeates everything up here. I'm lucky that I use my grill often enough to not have the auger jam.
