Does anyone know, if you wish to set an Alarm for the Timer of the PelletBoss; does it operate independently from the the USER PROGRAM Timer like with the MP's Alarm?

Yes, you would set up the timer in it's own screen to count down and alarm.
The timer in the user program simply changes to the next step (it will beep 3 times when changing).
