The Grid Iron is capable of higher temps & the double wall steel helps hold the temps steady. Being able to smoke at low temps & sear steaks make this the ideal grill for me.
Thanks, I didn't even spend 50 bucks on it. It sure made using the lil Tex easier. When I sold it the guy kept lowballing me so I offered to put the factory legs & wheels on it. He just smiled & handed me the cash.
