Pizza question...

Do you guys put a pizza stone on your grill grating or just use the grating. The heat shield should disperse the heat evenly right, leaving no need for the stone?

No stone here. With homemade pizzas I use metal Pans, on take-n-bake I use the disposable pans they come in. Never disappointed!

It really depends on how you like your crust. We like to use a regular pizza pan with a small amount of olive oil for a thicker crust that isn't so crispy.
