one of the best ribs i have made lately. when you eat so many ribs like i do it takes alot to impress me. i loved the flavor profile on these. i only got 2 bones. when are these kids moving anyway? maybe the wife too. she had 3.

Man, I was hoping to be able to "sample" some of your ribs this summer. Maybe next year at Rick's. Those look really good. I may need to head to the butcher shop and get some ribs and do my own.

I love all the different combinations you try on ribs! I cook ribs a lot (my wife would say too much), but seem to be stuck in a rut. You are inspiring me to try something new! Thanks for all of the rib posts!

Sparky, did you like Oregon Dan's BBQ sauce enough to buy it again? Looks like they sell it at Whole Foods up here in Washington and I'm thinking about trying it.

i liked it alot. it wasn't tomato based. good ingredients. no junk. i'm going to try the other ones they have also. most all bbq sauces now a days are pretty much the same. some are alot better but this sauce from oregon was excellent.
