Pork Brisket... ?????

I was walking around BJ's and saw these next to the ribs... Seemed really strange to me. It looks a little like ribs but has some bones in it going the other way.

Anyone see or cook these?

This comes from the trimming of a full rack of ribs coming from the pig. I found this info...

The bottom part is what is called "pork brisket bones" with the hard bone (aka breast bone) attached. These are often merchandised as "Rib Tips".

From what I read the best way is to cook it slow like a butt. I have never made one or seen them in the store. Let us know how it turns out.
