Pork Chops and Squash

This is something I found cooking at home earlier this week. De Bebe was cooking me dinner: Pork Rib Chops from the MAK cookbook, I believe, and some yummy squash.

The chops were pretty darn tasty and pretty much as perfectly cooked as I could imagine. The squash was a perfect compliment to the pork chops too.
