welp, i am cooking my 1st prime rib today. going to use #336. i was thinking about using DSSR and cooking w/ a cradle in a foil pan. 275 deg until 130 - 135 deg. lets rest and ya ho. could use some input here.
thats perfect it will be about 230-240 on the shelf and you will be a rock star maynard....dont over complicate it! It is the easiest cook on earth and comes out great....
