Pulled pork after foil

I have been doing a lot of ribs Sparky style lately. I am in the middle of a pulled pork cook. I like the way the Sparky ribs finish when I take them out of the foil and put them back on directly for 30 min at the end. I have put some liquid into the foil on my pork. Does it make sense to dry up the bark again a little bit, or am I just over complicating things here?

You're not over complicating it at all. It's pretty common to put ribs back on after foiling to finish them with a glaze or reset the bark. I do it all the time.

Me personally i would put it back on but I like thick chewy bark lol
Chop that bark up for tasty bits in your pulled pork.
