pulled pork from a pork loin?

Wondering if you can make a decent pulled pork from a pork loin? Is there enough fat to break down the meat?

Wife wants to do a beef and pork roast for pulling tomorrow for moms b day.

For the record I did tell her to get a big butt but she mis understood me and i was in the dog house for a few days!

Wont work the loin is to lean. Wrap it in bacon and smoke it until the IT is 150.

It is not the fat, it is the connective tissue that breaks down into gelatin that makes pulled pork.

I agree, rub it and bacon wrap, smoke until an IT of 145F, slice and serve.

If you treat it like a pork butt it will just dry out.
