Started off with home built dough pressed over the outer edges of the pan.
Used mozzarella string cheese& lay it along the outer edge of the pan.
Folded the dough over the cheese & pressed to seal. (I suppose you could use pepperoni sticks instead.
Add your favorite BBQ sauce.
Add lots of carmalized onions.
Add slow smoked pulled pork, more carmalized onions, sprinkle with Happy Ending & drizzle more BBQ sauce over the top
Added cheese, pineapple & Happy Ending. Turned the Memphis to 450* for 20-25 min.
Pizza on the right is just a cheese pizza
