Based on BP's suggestion, I just ordered a MAK 2-Star.

Order rundown:
MAK Pack with MAK Griddle, the upper rack
Apple, Pecan, Hickory pellets
A couple of MAK M-1 probes
A couple of BPS t-shirts for the lady and me
Little Louie's Seasoned Garlic Salt, Desert Gold, BP DSSR, Plowboys Yardbird

I feel like I just ordered one of BP's very special guitars! BP, if you felt I was due for another guitar, well...I just spent the money on this stuff! :D

Looking forward to smoking and grilling!

Thanks, everyone. BPS.com is a great dealer, as I expected from my dealings with BP's other business. Everything has shipped except the pellets, which are coming from the manufacturer, according to the email I got from BPS.com. I'm pretty excited. Can't wait. Probably have to pick up some steaks and chicken in the next couple of days.
