Just bought a never used Memphis Elite Showroom Model. Couldn't pass on the price, pick it up this coming week. Can't wait, very excited to try this thing out!

FINALLY!

Here it is. After a week of rain I finally am able to get this beauty out!

Seasoned this morning and now have 2 butts on. Hot & fast cook at 350 with A-maze-n Tube Smoker 12" filled with Hickory for extra smoke. Rubbed in Molasses and then some Gates BBQ rub.

Foiled at 1 PM at 175 Internal temp. Pulled off and in the cooler resting at 2:30 PM. At 4:30 PM I pulled/shredded it. Was fall apart moist and great flavor, great bark!

It is a great unit, you will love it. You can entertain many people with the Elite, I love mine.
