Quail on a Stick and Bacon Wrapped Brats

Not pellet smoked... this was on my tractor rim while camping.

I wanted to roast a few quail while camping and someone else wanted brats soooo... this was what we ended up with for supper.

I seasoned the quail with Tatonka Dust. Thank you again Marty and Tanya, I love it!

wrapped a few in bacon..

split some brats, inserted jalapeno slivers then wrapped in bacon..

I really enjoyed the quail while sitting by the campfire that night...

You sure do know how to "tease" with all that wonderful looking food. Quail on a stick. Brats wrapped in bacon. WOW!!!

Thank you Paul, Art and Pappy! I really enjoyed those quail for some reason. Must have been the Tatonka Dust and the campfire. :)

Quail? Oh I love quail!! Looks most scrumptious jeanne!
Very nice. You eat better when you go camping than I do at home. I'm liking those brats with jalapeños too. Exactly the way I like em!

more yumminess. i would like a brat and a beer. those brats w/ jala and bacon. oh ya. hanging out by the lake. very nice jeanie. :)

Thank you WC! I normally like anything with bacon best but the unwrapped ones were tasty too. I think the Tatonka Dust had a lot to do with it! :)
