51Phantom New member Sep 12, 2013 #1 Followed BP lead and did a chicken tonight. Some Desert gold seasoning basted half with Blues hog honey mustard. Turned out great. Cooked at 375 till about 167 degrees in the breast. Did the potatoes on the smoker as well.
