Used some Desert Gold along with Obie-Cue's Garlic Pepper to season the tails and the sprouts...Smoked @ 300 until an internal of 134...also mixed up some lemon/sriracha butter that was basted on while they cooked.
Thanks tent, I thought it was pretty good! Scooter, I usually cook my sprouts in a pan with some EVOO and cherry balsamic, flat side down, cover em for about 20mins or so. Gives them a nice purple color with green on top, kinda hard to tell in that pic though.
