Race night ribs

TH they were gooood! The last three rib cooks have been great! Same results all three times, I think I finally have my techniques figured out.

I still have some things I want to try out though

I knew this was going to be a good cook from the start, I luv them FTs. Great looking chow. Love the pull back on ribs, bite tender too. Well done!
