Looking for something to go with my rack of lamb, so decided to cruise BPTV! Decided on the Jalapeno/cheddar scalloped potatoes and cauliflower/mushrooms in a pouch. It did not disappoint!!
Sauteed the jalapenos, onions and red bell pepper.
Added the cream and half and half. Then layered with mixture, potatoes, cheddar, BPS Jalapeno Bacon seasoning, repeat. Sorry no pictures. On the MAK at 350°F covered. Next, cauliflower, mushroom, pepper, onion, balsamic glaze mixture ready to be foiled tight:
Cauliflower pouch added to the MAK with the potatoes:
Rack of lamb, cut in half and seasoned with Desert Gold. On to the MAK Griddle with some EVOO for searing:
Potatoes uncovered and about done:
Browning the other side of the lamb on the griddle:
Lamb coated with a bread crumb/parmesan mixture:
Cauliflower done:
Everything plated up:
Everything was absolutely fantastic!
