Red Snapper with Fin & Feathers

Got a bottle of the new Plowboys Fin & Feather rub so I decided to give it a whirl on some Red Snapper.

Light dusting of the Fin & Feathers

Onto the MAK sear grate and flame zone for a few minutes a side

Ready to eat

The Fin & Feathers is a great rub, it has nice lemon and herb flavor with just a little kick. Can't wait to try it out on more fish and on some chicken.
