remote won't connect

I tried hooking up my remote boss, did everything like it said, and it just won't connect. I'm running version 1.8 any suggestions?

Did you call MAK? That's the first thing I'd do.

BigPoppaSmokers might be able to help with this as well.

This may or may not solve the problem. But it works for me, and you might have already tried this. Unplug your grill from the outlet, then plug it back in and try to connect.

Guess I needed to synch/pair it, works good now
