Rib challenge

Just wanted to relay that for NYE, I smoked three racks of ribs each with a different rub. They were all prepared the same, smoked at 225 for 5 hours with applewood and an apricot glaze at the end. My goal was to figure out what rub everyone liked the best. The challengers were Big Poppa's Money rub with Happy Ending, 17th st mike mills magic dust, or a local BBQ place rub called SugarFire. The results were tallied from 13 taste testers. The crowd favorite was Money. All of the ribs were delicious but the money ribs had a little sweetness that everybody loved. 2nd place to Sugarfire.
