Sparky, tried to send a pm but your mailbox is full. I am cooking for a group of friends this weekend and my ribs are always the rave.. what is it you put on your ribs before you foil??? I want to try whatever it is because the colour is amazing when you are done!

Save the drippings from the foil and make a sauce out it. Just reduce it down a little and go for it.

i use the dripping from the FL to pour back over my ribs. it makes a glaze on them. real good. mail box is empty now.
