I ordered the west coast offense over Memorial Day. Thought I would try a different seasoning on each rib tip. We'll see how it turns out.

I toss mine in the trash. The ribs are the show.

They do make good rub test subjects though!

I do the same thing with the tips too. Great way to try different rub combinations ect.

i put em in beans, gumbo etc...
