Ribs and Chicken on the Stumps!

Decided to fire up the Stumps on Mother's Day this past weekend...I did ribs and chicken for the mom's in my family...

Spatchcocked and seasoned with some Happy Ending and Sweet Seduction

The ribs were somewhat of a comp practice cook...I bought 2 st louis and 2 baby back

Added some peach pellets for some extra smoke!

Smokin away!! This was at the 2-hour mark

All done!!!
