Ribs make me happy happy happy

Rib quest number ...too many to count!
I combined three of BPS rubs today and ran it through the grinder. WOW what flavor! I need to try this with BBQ sauce next time.

I did a plain rub with no sauce and a buffalo sauced rib. Yeah these rocked!

Both were outstanding and the wife even approved of the ones with no sauce.

Yeah buddy thanks for the idea! I did a 1-1-1 ratio and thought the LLWBP was a bit strong so I added another one of each of the other. For me the perfect balance is 2-2-1.

ribs looks great. i like the sauced ones. the dry ones look fantastic. good color. what 3 rubs? i'm thinking LL w/p, money and desert gold. 3 of my favorites. i do like DDSR also but the other 3 make sense to me.
