thanks rip for the win. i got the idea for the peach ribs from my old friend TentH. i just but my own twist on them. congrats to all the cooks for this week. outstanding food is being prepared every week on this forum. i just want to say thanks for all the great chefs here. i am learning so much everyday from ya'll. myself, i am just having fun bbqing.
I'm cooking for about 50 and some little ones this Saturday afternoon, as it is the end of year awards party for the Central Texas GoKart Club. I'll be doing brisket, spare ribs, sausage and chicken legs for the kids. May throw in an appetizer as well.
