Round two!!

My second time using the pellet smoker. I tried three different rubs. Two were store bought and my own.

I added a little liquid to each. Apple juice in one, Jack Daniels Honey to the next, and Dr Pepper to the last.

I only put sauce on half of each rack. I wanted to taste just the meat flavor also.

All Done!
