I've been lurking on here for a couple of weeks now. Time to introduce myself. My name is Adam, I'm from a little town in the southern middle Tennessee area. I've been married for 14 years, we have 3 kids ages 13, 10 & 4. I'm new to the cooking world but learning as I go. I've been cooking on a Royall 2000, from Ark Alloys in Wisconsin for over a year now. I enjoy cooking with pellets, very easy to maintain and food always turns out great. I'm definitely looking forward to learning from everyone here.
