Safe to eat?

Lastnight I put on a couple butts and some time during the evening I got a flame out.
The butts were still warm to the touch and 154 and 160 in the center. I have no idea how high the temp inside each one got up to. Will these be safe to eat? I'm finishing them off in the oven now. My gut tells me they will be fine but I need advice from the pros. What do ya think?

I think you're good to go Chili. USDA minimum on pork is 145F.

I would fire the cooker up again and continue the cook until they probe tender.

I thought about that scooter. I didn't want to take a chance on it flaming out again not knowing what caused it. It flamed out once while I was cooking wings a couple hours before I put the butts on. After looking at it today I found the auger bolt had broken. I guess it finally worked its way lose and fell out during the night.

They turned out great so I'm happy.
