well, been craving pork this weekend. so. decided to cook myself some din din. one rack for me and 2 racks going w/ my wife and daughter going to a baby shower. a quiet house. nice. life is good for old sparky.

my favorite part. look at that butter melt. its a thing of beauty.

finish them up w/ some more love.

my rack on the far end gets some sauce.

baby shower ribs. those look loverly darling.

welp, my wife made me some roasted brussel sprouts and a salad. ya for me. they left. a whole rack of ribs for me. is life good or what?

Those ribs are killer! Ya gotta love a wife who looks after you to make sure you get your veggies and salad. The glass of milk is a nice touch, too.

i have been seeing some pizza lately on a pizza forum with brussel sprout leaves and pancetta - it looks amazing, I'm going to try the combo on the MAK someday (and i don't like brussel sprouts)

deb says we have to eat healthier this year. so i am trying. and have you every tried oven roasted brussel sprouts cut in 1/2 and drizzled w/ annies? there mighty tasty.
