Hi my names Michael and I'm a pellet smoker new to the forum.
Anyone got a great recipe for a Texas style smoked sausage?

Welcome!!

I am not familiar with Texas Style Sausage but we do make up a lot of sausage. Is Texas style spicy? Is it in ring style or links?
